So this is from the street. The whole house is ours. There is the basement, the ground floor and the top floor. Basement is being used for storage but there is talk of developing it into a flat to let out. The window on the top floor is our bedroom and the little one is on the stairs. Miss Potter commented when she was here how few windows houses have and I guess this is a good example of that.

And from another angle. Look at our big lawn! The previous tenant (those of you who know who that was won't be surprised) didn't cut the lawn the whole summer and when we moved in it was too late, so it is a bit of a jungle. I am really looking forward to making it something usable this summer and lying with my baby on the grass in the sun. The old house had no grass. The little balcony is our bedroom again. Over summer we might build a big veranda out from the lounge with a door where the big window is.
So... upstairs is our bedroom, baby room, corner office and little toilet. Our bedroom is quite big and has that lovely little balcony, hopefully enough space for a chair out there but it is pretty little. Lots of room to have crib next to our bed for a while if we do that (I'll do inside photos another day). Downstairs is big bathroom (no bath unfortunately), spare room, big lounge and kitchen. Spare room has a double bed and currently home to the pram, so is a decent size. And the hallway has a huge wardrobe for hanging our extensive coat collection which is just fantastic. I am so looking forward to wearing all my coats again!

And here is Mr T making sure the drive is clear in case we need to go to the hospital. Poor love, it has snowed heaps more since then...
