More snow and RAGE

Snow on the TV.

As of yesterday we no longer have a TV. Throughout the year Norway is going digital, and our area went digital yesterday and we haven't got a decoder or dish yet. They still pay a licensing fee here, plus now you will have to pay for a decoder. So we can't even watch the state channels for free anymore. Once we figure out if we are staying in this apartment (hopefully Thursday) we will decide what to do. Until then my home life has a soundtrack of war and shooting and stuff as Mr T chills with his movies.

Though the one he was watching tonight has one of the greatest lines ever, said by a wheezy old man: "They also said artificial sweeteners were safe, there were WMDs in Iraq and Anna Nicole Smith married for love!" Not quite as funny without the accent.

Also came home today to be greeted with a feeling of RAGE and I may have uttered the words.... skanky... lying... and bitch. Because after last Monday's showdown between Mr T and the landlady (he called her, she prefers to communicate by text message) they kissed and made up and she promised to keep us updated on what was going on, especially with the building upstairs (not sure if I have written about that before but it is quite a source of stress, is long and boring story though). AND THE BUILDERS ARE HERE AND SHE NEVER SAID ANYTHING!!!!!!! Oh crap, as I am writing they have started with the electric saws and it is such a horrible noise and so loud I can't think so am going now.

Have second antenatal class tonight.
